The Exhibition Space Plan of the Ministry of Education and Culture, which seeks to promote local artists and provide greater cultural offer to municipalities, in September has samples of two groups and 13 artists that demonstrate the creative diversity that occurs in the Region of Murcia in terms of styles and techniques.
Thus, this initiative of the Institute of Cultural Industries and Arts will take works by artists from Murcia to theaters of Cehegín, Caravaca de la Cruz, Yecla, Fuente Álamo, Ulea, Mazarrón, Ojós, Ricote, Lorca, Abarán, San Pedro del Pintar, Beniel, Villanueva del Río Segura, Blanca and Mula.
The Minister of Education and Culture, Esperanza Moreno, said that “the Exhibition Space Plan has a great acceptance, both by the municipalities and by the artists who in each edition propose more interesting and higher quality samples.
We have a clear example in September, when we will open a total of 15 exhibitions. â€
Specifically, throughout the month, and beginning on September 5, Francisco Fernández Ruiz's exhibitions will be launched in Cehegín;
Fréderix Volkringer in Caravaca de la Cruz;
María Salmerón in Yecla;
Pigments Association in Fuente Álamo;
Andrés García Mellado in Ulea;
Moisés Yagües in Mazarrón, and Damián Lajara in Ojós.
As well as those of Ginés Hernández Hervás in Ricote;
Yolanda Martínez Navarro in Lorca;
Ipso Facto Group in Abarán;
Francisco José Torrano Rojo in San Pedro del Pinatar;
Gaby Guillen in Beniel;
Bartolomé Palazón in Villanueva de Río Segura;
Estefanía Ramos Molina in Blanca, and Carlos Cortés in Mula ..
In total, the Exhibition Space Plan promotes 59 exhibitions this year in which 67 artists born or resident in the Region of Murcia show their work.
This initiative to promote culture and creativity has a budget of 100,000 euros.
